We provide an express boxed courier service as standard with all our disabled scooters, electric wheelchairs, Bathlifts, Wheelchairs and Riser Recliner Chairs, and the prices shown on this website include delivery to your property anywhere in the counties covered by our service. An option of personal 'White Glove' delivery is also available for Mobility Scooters, Riser Recliner Chairs, and Electric Wheelchairs at extra cost see item details. This service unpacks the product, demonstrates it fully to you, and sets it up, as well as removing the bulky packaging. It is recommended because of the weight and size of the larger items delivered, which need able-bodied assistance to move. All products under £300 carry a £7.95 Postage and Package charge.
To ensure the scooter reaches you in perfect condition, the product is checked and then repackaged before it is dispatched.
Delivery is usually within 5 working days from cleared funds, but should you require it sooner, let us know and we will make very effort to try and get it there. Should your item be likely to take materially longer, a customer representative will contact you by phone or e-mail to explain the situation and discuss the likely delivery time .
Delivery must be to the address at which your credit or debit card is registered. All deliveries must be signed for and you must keep your receipt.
We may substitute engineer delivery for courier delivery for heavier items.
We require payment in full online at the time of order by debit/credit card, or by cheque.
Prices are shown excluding VAT as most Individuals purchasing disabled mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price; othewise VAT will be added.
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven working days after the day on which you receive the Products (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays). If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in our Returns policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us at your expense, in an unused "as new" state with all original packaging within 7 working days of delivery and receive a full refund. Please ensure that you email or write to us at Anglia Mobility Ltd, Unit 1, Howard Centre Bedford MK40 1QA to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and returns address, prior to returning any product. Goods that arrive at our returns department without a Returns Authorisation Number will be refused, and they will be returned to sender.
Any custom built products such as Electric Wheelchairs, Riser Recliner Chairs, Stairlifts or any products that have been customized in any way, will be exempt from the returns policy.
Goods purchased from Anglia Mobility Ltd are at the request of the purchaser. We are unable to offer medical advice as to their suitability for individuals. The information we offer is for guidance purposes only.
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Should the product develop a fault within the warranty period you can either return the product to us and we will happily fix it, or, if this is inconvenient, we may collect the unit, fix it, and return it to you. There will be a small charge to help cover the costs for collecting and delivering the unit. For warranty attention at your home, we may provide engineer callout, insurance providing three callouts in the 12 month warranty period for an additional £50, or 12 month warranty with 'White Glove' delivery for an additional £30. The following terms and conditions for the sale of goods ("the Conditions") will govern all contracts for sale that we enter into with you, the Customer, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Please read these Conditions carefully:-

We will happily treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these Conditions. You are deemed to accept the Conditions when you place an order for goods with us. The email response sent to you to acknowledge receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of it. Your offer is accepted and our contract begins with you, our valued customer, when payment is taken.
Your order for goods is subject to availability. If we do not supply goods to you for any reason we will try to inform you of the situation, we will obviously refund any money already paid by you for the goods should they not be available for more than 4 weeks. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses, which you may suffer if we do not supply goods. Our suppliers are pretty good, but sometimes they can let us down.
Many of the goods we sell are of a technical nature and unfortunately it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the goods and keep specifications 100% up to date. All drawings, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving approximate descriptions of the goods.
We will happily accept the return of your purchase under the following circumstances.
Please cancel your order as soon as possible and in any event within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), after the day on which you receive the goods. You must inform us in writing of the cancellation and return the goods. As you can appreciate, all such goods must be returned in an 'as new' condition complete with packaging, all accessories, and evidence of your identity. Unfortunately, goods which do not comply with this condition may not be returned. Where goods are returned in accordance with this provision, we will happily reimburse any money already paid by you, excluding any delivery costs incurred you. We aim to reimburse you within 30 days of our receipt of the returned goods. Certain goods cannot be cancelled, such as non-stock items made to your specification.
Should the unit arrive faulty or damaged in transit: we will happily exchange this for a replacement unit or issue you with a full refund or credit as soon as possible. All damage should be reported within three days of receipt of the goods, and the damage should be indicated on the delivery documentation .

We offer a 12 month warranty and products must be returned to our premises at Anglia Mobility Ltd, Unit 1, Howard Centre Bedford MK40 1QA for repair. Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original packaging should be used. If such goods returned are found not to be defective and in full working order, they will be returned to you. A reasonable administration and testing fee along with the costs will be charged.
There are the following general warranty exclusions: parts which need adjustment, resetting, replacemement or repair due to misuse or abuse, carelessness or accidental damage, fair wear and tear or to suit the individual needs of the user. Examples are normal battery degradation, wheelchair brake adjustment, circuit breaker resetting.
As you can appreciate, we shall not be liable to you, for any failure or delay in performance of our contract, if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control. Including, without limitation, acts of God, war, civil unrest, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies and if so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to you, you will be responsible for them. When we or our agents deliver the goods we will require you to sign for them. If you are not able to sign for a delivery, we or our agents will try to inform you, when we intend to deliver the goods again. Our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence will end at the time the carrier tried to deliver the goods to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:time limit for notification of claims. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 7 days of either (1) the date of delivery or (2) the date when you ought reasonably to have known of the defect (where the defect is not apparent upon a reasonable inspection). If damaged goods returned are found not to be defective and in full working order, they will be returned to you. A reasonable administration fee along with the costs will be charged.
The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods on our website is wrong. We try to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate, but the price of the goods on your order will need to be validated by us prior to processing your order. If there is a problem, we will inform you of the correct price and will give you the opportunity to purchase the goods at the correct price, or cancel your order.
Orders for non-stock or bespoke items may require a deposit. Cancellation of such orders is not always possible, and may result in the loss of some or all of the deposit to cover any expenses incurred by the Company.
Payment for the goods must be made by you in accordance with our Purchase Procedure. All orders are positively credit card sanctioned prior to despatch. As you can appreciate, we can accept no responsibility if any details you provide us with are incorrect or if any order is held up as a result of incorrect details.
Unless otherwise stated, all sale prices on our website are in pounds sterling and exclusive of VAT.
The contract between us shall be deemed, to have been made in England and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. We operate a complaints handling procedure, which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. We will however endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. Any such change shall not affect any contract subsisting between us at the time of such change.
